Katie was the most patient agent I know of. My significant other and I are not always the easiest people to deal with, we have a lot of questions that are usually asked repeatedly, we have 4 wild boys that tried to run her off with their boyish smells and quirky personalities, I myself am a very emotional person. Katie handled all of these things with the utmost grace, empathy, and patience. Her knowledge and experience in the field put my family and I at ease. We knew we were in good hands, Katie fought for us and what we wanted every step of the way. She always answered questions and calmed my nerves at pretty much any hour of the night and day. Virtual buying is now a thing, and I we are glad we worked with Katie during our house search.
